Participants will be catching the “bus” from the Cathedral Lodge base camp for the 16 km, 1300m ascent to the core of Cathedral Provincial Park. A short hike from the drop off point (up to 1 km) will take the group to a campsite along the shores of Quiniscoe Lake or Lake of the Woods
Backpack in:.
Following a section of the historic Centennial Trail, we will gradually ascend 1100 meters over 2 days and 20 km
to reach the Cathedral core area. The trail starts along Wall Creek through the trees, then breaks up and climbs
into open alpine meadows with spectacular views in all directions. Once in the core, we will have an
opportunity to resupply our food from a bus drop and then we will camp with the bus in group at Quiniscoe Lake
